The rooms were spacious and had balconies with a lovely forest view. The food served was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were attentive and committed to making our stay enjoyable. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The hotel was quite far from the Horton Plains National Park, which may be inconvenient for those looking to visit the park. the lack of amenities such as a bar, drinks, tea making facilities, fan.

The staff was very kind and attentive, even going so far as to bring me a homemade herbal tea when I was feeling sick. the surrounding nature was very lush and beautiful, with plenty of opportunities for hiking and exploring. the room itself was well-appointed and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

The price for the room was much higher than what I would expect for the area. I felt that I could have found a similar hotel for a much more reasonable price.

The bathroom was poorly designed and quite wet, with water all over the floor.

They even arranged transportation for me to explore the surrounding area, including a drop-off at a nearby national park. Lastly, the location of this hotel is simply breathtaking. Right by a spectacular waterfall, it provided a truly unique and picturesque setting.
